2 salmon fillets

salt & black pepper

1 tsp smoked paprika


Sauce:

1/2 cup soy sauce

1 tsp grated ginger

1 tbsp minced garlic

juice of 1/2 lemon

1/4 cup honey

toasted sesame seeds

red pepper flakes
