Garlic Bread is our all-time favorite side dish, especially when having pasta for lunch or dinner. This recipe is very easy to make using a butter sauce from our local restaurant Puerto Plata Seafood in Brooklyn NY.
Garlic bread can be made with almost any type of bread. In this recipe, I used Italian bread but sliced ciabatta or Baguettes will get the job done.
A mixture of Mozzarella and Parmesan cheese is what my family prefers. Choose a blend of cheeses that speaks to you any combination from Mexican cheeses to Italian cheeses will do.
Let's get to it,
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees for 5-8 mins. This should give you enough time to slice your bread at an angle and smother them in your garlic butter sauce. After applying a generous amount of cheese place it in the oven for 10 minutes. Keep an eye on them as every oven warm up at different times.
For an extra crispy top, place your oven on broil and allow it to sit for 2-3 minutes.
Enjoy
